80287 INSTALLATION
Selecting the 80287's Interrupt
If you are using an 80287 on the PCturbo 286e,
it may require one of the Turbo's interrupts
for complete software compatibility. It can
use Turbo interrupt 5 Or 7. The Turbo will
receive interrupts from the 80287 on this
line.
a This interrupt is on the Turbo card, so
it does not conflict with peripherals
using the host's interrupts IRQ5 or IRQ7.
The jumper block is constructed so that the
PCturbo's interrupts 5 and 7 can either be
used by the 80287 or can be connected to IRQ5
and IRQ7 on the host.
