ALLOCA TING MEMORY
Memory Usage
The Orchid Productivity Software uses part of
memory for utilities such as RAM disks and
disk caching. When allocating memory to these
utilities, remember to leave room for the
other programs that must reside in memory.
DOS Memory will typically contain the
application program you are running, any other
utilities that reside in memory (such as
Sidekick) and the operating system. If you
use DOS Memory for the Orchid Productivity
Software, be Sure to leave room for any other
utilities that will be placed in DOS Memory.
