The UNTURBO Command
COMMAND:
UNTURBO.COM

USAGE:
The UNTURBOcommand is used whenever you wish
to transfer from the Turbo back to the host
system.
If invoked while already on the host, the
command informs you that you are already
executing on the host.
It is important to remember that both the host
and the PC turbo 286e are running separate,
independent copies of DOS. This means that if
you are working in Turbo Mode, move into a
sub-directory, and then invoke UNTURBO to go
back to the host, you will no longer be in the
same sub-directory. In fact, you will be
returned to the directory you were in when you
last involved the Turbo command. If you return
once again to the Turbo, you will again be in
the sub-directory you were using when you last
involved UNTURBO. Therefore, it is
recommended that you always check the current
directory after switching between the Turbo
and the host.
DOS provides the convenient capability of
allowing you to change the prompt to include
extra information (besides just the current
