Can be used to change the measuring mode for testing very small CTs with very

"Toggle Mode": Normal measuring mode of CT Analyzer.
"Sinus Mode": Applies sinusoidal test signals with rated frequency to the CT. This
is only applicable for CTs with low knee-point voltages.
Refer to table 8-4 on page 92 for detailed information on the parameters.

Running the automatic test and connecting CT Analyzer

asking you to change the wiring for the burden test. Connect the burden as described in chapter 3.

burden test.

3. Press the Start Test soft key to execute the automatic burden test.
Note: If you do not want to perform the burden test, press Skip Test to skip the burden test and
continue with the next test step or Cancel Test to abort the complete test.
Note: If the "Continuous burden measurement" option is enabled in the Settings (see section
6.8.3 on page 71), the burden test has to be stopped manually by pressing the
OMICRON
CT testing in Advanced CT Test mode ("New Advanced CT Test")
