Advanced measurement

The Advanced measurement type offers complete multimeter measurement
functionality and free adjustment of all measurement quantities, such as AC or DC
signal output, voltage or current output, output frequency, measurement mode for
the input (DC, RMS or frequency-selective), etc.
Using the Advanced measurement type it is also possible to use input SEC of
CT Analyzer as a voltmeter for measuring external voltages up to 150V
frequencies up to 4kHz.
NOTICE
Equipment damage possible
When using Quick Test, the input SEC of the CT Analyzer test set is able to measure voltages up to
150 V
.
RMS
► Do not connect voltages above 150 V or even mains voltage to the CT Analyzer inputs! This will
damage CT Analyzer.

For the Advanced measurement type, all measurement quantities available in the CT-Quick card can
be adjusted by the user.
Observe the following when using the DC output mode:
WARNING
Death or severe injury caused by high voltage or current possible
When using the DC output mode:
► Do not open the measurement circuit while DC current is flowing.
► Stop the measurement by pressing the
LED is off before opening the measurement circuit.
