Specific parameters and settings displayed for IEEE C57.13 metering CTs
The following parameters are only displayed in the CT-Object card if the IEEE C57.13 standard is
selected with the type "Metering CT".

Param.
Description
RF
Continuous current rating factor.
Possible values: Value from 1.0 to 4.0 or soft keys RF1.5, RF2, RF3 or
RF4.
Default: 2.
Burden
Use this field to specify the operating burden of IEEE C57.13 metering
designation
CTs by selecting a burden designation defined in the standard using
the soft keys (instead of using the "VA" parameter).
If you use the "VA" parameter to specify the operating burden, the
"Burden designation" field displays the standard burden designation
(for example, B-0.1) corresponding to this burden value (if the burden
value specified is a standard burden) or CUSTOM, if the burden value
specified in the "VA" field is not defined in the standard.
Possible values: Soft keys ?, E-0.04, E-0.2, B-0.1, B-0.2, B-0.5, B-0.9
or B-1.8.
Using the Assess @ VA option for the "Class" parameter, it is possible
to perform assessment only for one specific burden or a burden range
instead of the maximum burden specified and all lower burdens
defined in the standard (see also the explanations regarding
IEEE C57.13 metering CTs given for the "Class" parameter on page
93).
Proceed as follows to perform assessment only for a specific burden
value or burden range using the Assess @ VA option:
► Select the "Class" field.
► Press the Assess @ VA soft key and then select the class using the
soft keys (for example, Class 0.15).
► Select the "Burden designation" field and select a standard burden
using the soft keys (for example, B-0.9) to specify the burden value
or the lower limit of the burden range.
► To specify a burden range, press the Range - soft key and select the
upper limit of the range using the available soft keys.
► The "Burden designation" field displays the standard burden or the
burden range selected for assessment (for example, B-0.9 - B1.8).
The ratio table and the phase table in the Ratio card will now only
show the error for this specific burden or burden range.
