Calll Detail Record Introduction
Call usage reports can be generated for each Polycom video endpoint to that server. These reports can be used for
billing purposes or for troubleshooting purposes.
The new features that have been added to Call Detail Record are:
• Customizable Reporting feature
• Selectable Date features
• Serial number of endpoint is now provided
