Description
This command sets or gets the Allow Dialing option, which determines
whether the user can use the user interface to dial.
Syntax
allowdialing <yes|no|get>
Parameter Definition
yes Allows users to place calls.
no Disables dialing. Your system can only receive calls.
get Returns the current setting (yes or no).

allowdialing get
