4. Start the Fabric Preparation wizard from the Options menu.
5. In the screen that appears, click Next.
6. Select the action that you wish to perform:

❒ If you are placing the fabric directly on the tray, select Set fabric
thickness and place fabric on tray, click Next, and continue with step
11.
❒ If you are placing the fabric on the double-sided adhesive tape, select
Set fabric thickness and place fabric on tray, click Next, and
continue with step 11.
❒ If you need to print a carpet, select Print carpet to use double-sided
adhesive and click Next. Afterwards, you set the fabric and double-
sided adhesive tape thicknesses and secure fabric to the tray.
Note: When printing with flexible materials, print a carpet and use a double-
sided adhesive tape to ensure the fabric does not detach from the tray
during printing. The purpose of printing a carpet on the tray is for easy
removal of the double-sided adhesive tape and to prevent damage to the
tray.
