5. Put on protective gloves.
Warning: Toxic and Corrosive Materials
Prolonged contact with resins could cause skin irritation. Put on protective
gloves before continuing.
6. Disconnect the material filter starting with the top side.
Cover the filter with a cleaning cloth (or paper towels) to absorb material
spillage.
7. Attach the new filter to the disconnected tubes.
8. Discard the old filter.
Caution:
The filter contains uncured printing material. Discard the filter in accordance
with applicable environmental regulations.
9. Replace the back of the materials cabinet.

❒ For the old configuration, remove the tubing assembly.
Make sure that the fitting at the end of the feed-tube remains attached to
the tube. Re-attach it, if necessary.
❒ For the new configuration, use the cutters to cut the tie wraps on both
sides.

❒ For the old configuration, connect the filter with the tubing assembly.
Hold the fitting at the end of the feed tube in place and turn the filter.
Otherwise, the tube will be twisted and material might leak.
❒ For the new configuration, attach the filter with the tie wraps on both
sides.
