CLUTCH ASSEMBLY

NOTICE
The Teflon® bushings are self-lubricating.
CAUTION
Do not apply oil or grease to the bushings.
Reassemble the drive clutch in the following sequence.
Be sure the "X", or the marks that were made earlier are
aligned during each phase of assembly.

1. Install two washers , needle bearing

spacer onto the stationary sheave in the order
shown.

2. Install clutch spider as shown
If necessary, once the splines are aligned properly, an
arbor press may be used to properly seat the clutch
