Setting this bit to "1" enables the bulk-only support function for endpoint EPe. With the bulk-only
support function enabled, CBW support is implemented by setting the BulkOnlyControl.GoCBW_Mode
bit when endpoint EPe is the OUT endpoint. Similarly, CSW support is implemented by setting the
BulkOnlyControl.GoCSW_Mode bit when endpoint EPe is the IN endpoint.
Do not enable the bulk-only support function with more than one OUT endpoint.
