This bit is set to "1" when all stages of the control transfer end normally with the control transfer
support function.
This bit is also set to "1" if the status stage ends normally and the stop processing is completed for
the control transfer support function stop processing because the H_CTL_SupportControl register
CTL_SupportGo bit is cleared.

control transfer support function.
