(12) The device switches to HS mode on detecting the host chirp (T7).
The change in chirp height after point T8 indicates that device HS
termination is enabled. The chirp is approximately 800 mV when the
device is in FS mode and approximately 400 mV when in HS mode.
(13) The host ends the chirp (T9).
(14) Reset is ended (T10).
(15) Issues reset completion status notification (H_SIE_IntStat_1.ResetCmp)
