Note：Some of the parameters can not be changed during inverter running.
1：Only allow to change the frequency
2：Forbidden to modify all parameters
This function can prevent others from arbitrarily modifying the parameters setting of
inverter.

These parameters are sued for display objects on the display panel, i.e. contents display
on LED or LCD. Hereinto, LED displays monitoring parameter 1. LCD displays
monitoring parameter 2 on its down left corner region.

Linear velocity = Frequency × Linear velocity quotiety
