The specific meaning of the format is as following:
Address：communication, 0 ~ 31 (decimal)

00H ： Broadcast address. information frame sent by broadcast
address,slave machine will no response.
01H ~ 1FH：to a specific address drive.

Function：function code,also call command byte，there are 127 function
code in Modbus communication ,now we only use three of them,detail as
follow:

03H：Readout the content of register

06H：Write a date into register

10H：Write many data into register

DATA(n-1)：specific data, will have the application example as below.

RTU mode check code（CRC Check），detail introduction refer to the last
page。
Keep no input signal is equal or more than
10 ms
The communication address: 8-bit binary
address
Function code: 8-bit binary address
Data content:
N * 8-bit material, n < = 2 (two 16 bit data)
CRC check code:
16-bit CRC check code by two 8-bit binary
