From feedback massage is 9321H，binary system is：

（2） 06H function code application
① Write the set parameter
Parameter address refer to table 1.
For example, Change the parameter P0.03 of address 01H slave machine to
1088H,decimal is 4232, namely 42.32HZ .
Host machine send（hexadecimal）：01 06 00 03 10 88 74 6C
Slave machine response（hexadecimal）：01 06 00 03 10 88 74 6C
Response information consistently show successful updated,the others parameter is
also like this.
② Write Command Parameter
For example：Write in forward direction continuous running command to the
address 01H slave machine（001EH）
0 0 1 0 0 0 0 1 ——> 0001H（hexadecimal）
