
Function：10H

Start address：000EH ----Register start address is 0x000E, indicates writing
content to 0x000E,0x000F

Data volume（word）：0002H ----wrote content words volume（namely
register number）

Data volume（Byte）：04------wrote content bytes volume。

The first one data ：0064H wrote the first one content.

The second one data ：0050H wrote the second one content

CRC CHK：Reference to the last page for methods to get RTU mode check
code (CRC Check).
Response the frame：01H+10H+00H+0EH+00H+02H+20H+0BH
Specific meaning as follow：

Special note，Response the frame only feedback 6 byte in the front of query the
frame , and its CRC CHK is the CRC CHK of these 6 bytes.
