Goodrive100-PV Series Solar Pump Inverter
Commissioning guidelines
5.4.2 Special settings for single phase motors
a) When the single phase motor is in poor running performance, you can adjust P04 group VF
curve settings. Set P04.00=1 and set
P04.03–P04.08
to appropriate values according to
commissioning conditions. Increase the voltage if the motor cannot start and decrease the
voltage if the current is large.
b) When the light is normal and the system starts slowly, increase initial voltage differential
value of
P15.28
appropriately.
c) For single phase motors with two-phase control (capacitor-removing):
① The max. voltage needs to be less than 1/1.6 of the bus voltage. It is recommended to set
the rated voltage
(P02.04)
less than 200V, or limit the max. voltage output by multi-dot V/F
curve.
② Observe the currents of the windings through
P17.38
and P17.39, the switched current is
the combination current of the two windings. The impedances of the windings are different, so
the currents are different at the same voltage output.
③
P04.35
can be used to change the output currents of the main and secondary windings. It is
recommended that qualified engineers perform adjustment since the voltage adjustment is
associated with motor design parameters. Otherwise, the motor performance may be
impacted.

Questions and answers
I want to connect a low water level sensor to GD100-PV invt how it supposed to do
The low water level sensor should be connected to the INVT Goodrive100-PV Series inverter at the designated terminal. Based on the standard wiring diagram:
1. Identify the low water level switch terminals.
2. Connect the common terminal of the sensor to the COM terminal on the inverter.
3. Connect the sensor output to the appropriate input terminal (e.g., S1 or S4) on the inverter.
4. Ensure wiring is secure and correctly configured according to the installation guidelines.
This setup allows the inverter to receive signals from the low water level sensor and respond accordingly.
