4-6 Reflected light simultaneous observation for BF/DF

Turn ON the main switch.
2 Select the reflected light illumination

Select the brightfield (BF) observation.
4 Select the light path. (Trinocular tube only)
5 Place a sample on the stage.
6 Engage the 10X objective in the light path.
7 Bring the sample into focus.

Adjust the aperture diaphragm and the field diaphragm.
12 Engage the objective with the magnification to be used
in the light path and bring the sample into focus.
14 Insert the MIX slider for reflected light observation.
Start observation.
Remove the analyzer, polarizer or
filters from the light path.
8 Adjust the brightness.

Adjust the interpupillary distance.
10 Adjust the diopter.
13 Adjust the brightness.
