Wearing inspection of front brake pads

【A】Normal thickness

【B】Limit thickness

◆ Check each brake pads thickness regularly

◆ If any one of brake pads thickness is smaller than

1mm, replace both brake pads together.

◆ Check brake hose and accessories if any aging,

crack and leakage

◆ If pipe is not properly maintained, brake hose will

lead to fluids leakage【A】 or hose crack due to

high pressure.

◆ If any crack【B】or swelling is found【C】, replace

◆ Tighten all loose ﬁ ttings.
