Changing engine oil & fi lter
CAUTION CAUTION
! !
Do not change the oil when the engine and oil are hot.
Allow engine and oil to cool before changing oil.
【A】Screw
【B】Filter inspection cover
【C】Oil drain plug
【D】O-ring
◆ Put the vehicle on the fl at level surface.
◆ Start the engine, let it warm up at idle for 2 to 3
minutes..
◆ Turn off the engine.
◆ Remove the fixing screws of the filter inspection
cover and open the fi lter inspection cover.
◆ Remove the oil drain plug【C】and O-ring, till the
waste engine oil to drain out completely.
CAUTION CAUTION
! !
The hot oil may burn the skin, Do not let the oil contact skin.
◆ Change a new sealing washer onto the drain plug
and reinstall the drain plug back【C】.
Torque specifi cations：
Oil drain plug：(16~20)N.m
Oil strainer clean
The oil filter of this engine is a two-stage filter. The oil
fi lter screen fi lters the oil at the fi rst stage.
【A】 Bolt M6*25*8
【B】 Strainer cover
【C】 O-rings seal
【D】 Strainer spring
【E】 Oil strainer
The oil fi lter can be checked after the oil is discharged. If
cleaning is needed, please take the following steps:
◆ Remove 4 bolts with tools.
◆ Remove the strainer cover, O-ring seal and strainer
spring in turn.
◆ Take out the oil fi lter for cleaning.
◆ The installation step is opposite to the removal step
