Removing the ball bearing:
• Support the transmission cover bearing seat Y.
• Extract the transmission cover ball bearing from the exterior,
taking it towards the transmission and without heating the
cover, using a suitable jig T (32 mm Ø).
Fitting the 20x35x7oil seal with the transmission cover
removed:
• Insert the oil seal I, without lubricating it, with the sealing
lip pointing inward (transmission side) so that it is flush {
with the transmission cover. Do not lubricate the external
diameter of the oil seal!

Fitting the 20x35x7 oil seal with the transmission cover
fitted:
• Carefully debur and chamfer the outer edge of the oil seal
seat to prevent damaging the oil seal when it is inserted.
Carefully remove any chips.
• Insert the 20x35x7oil seal I on the gear shaft, already fitted
in place. Do not lubricate the outside of the oil seal.
• Insert the oil seal from the exterior to the interior, using an
insertion drift P, so that the seal is flush with the transmission
cover surface

Smontaggio del cuscinetto a sfere:
• Sostenere la sede cuscinetto del coperchio trasmissione
Y.
• Estrarre il cuscinetto a sfere R del coperchio trasmissione
dall'esterno verso la trasmissione, senza riscaldare il
coperchio, con un tampone adatto T (32 mm Ø).
Montaggio del paraolio 20x35x7 con coperchio
trasmissione rimosso:
• Inserire il paraolio I non lubrificato, con il labbro di tenuta
verso l'interno (lato trasmissione) fino al piano { del

coperchio trasmissione. Non lubrificare il diametro esterno
del paraolio!
Attrezzatura specifica
Montaggio del paraolio 20x35x7 con coperchio trasmis-
sione montato:
• Formare uno smusso uniforme sul colletto del coperchio
per evitare il danneggiemento del paraolio. Rimuovere con
cautela i particoli metallici.
• Inserire il paraolio 20x35x7 I sull'albero trasmissione già
montato. Non lubrificare l'esterno del paraolio.
• Inserire il paraolio dall'esterno verso l'interno con un tubo di
montaggio P fino al piano del coperchio trasmissione.
