• Remove the secondary moving pulleys and the fixed pulley
from the gear shaft Y.
• Take the belt T off the primary and secondary pulley.
• Remove the M12x1 hex nut (size 19 wrench) and the washer
Q from the crankshaft.
N Note:
The crankshaft must be locked with the
crankshaft retaining screw or with a adjustable
wrench on the primary fixed pulley.

• Remove the primary fixed pulley W from the crankshaft.
• Remove the primary moving pulleys E, and then the bush
R, from the crankshaft.
I Caution:
Type 120 + 154:
To stop the centrifugal weights from getting
stuck, insert a cloth or foam rubber between
the ramp plate and the ramp cover.
Type 177:
In order to prevent the counterweights from
blocking, fix the main mobile pulley and the
insert carrier cap using a rubber band.

• Rimuovere la puleggia secondaria mobile e quella fissa
dall'albero trasmissione Y.
• Togliere la cinghia T dalla puleggia primaria e secondaria.
• Togliere il dado esag. M12x1 (chiave da 19) e la rondella Q
dall'albero motore.
N Nota:
L'albero motore può essere bloccato con la
vite di bloccaggio albero motore oppure con
una chiave a compasso alla puleggia primaria
fissa.
Attrezzatura specifica

• Rimuovere la puleggia primaria fissa W dall'albero motore.
• Togliere la puleggia primaria mobile E, quindi la relativa
boccola R dall'albero motore.
I Attenzione: Tipo 120 + 154:
Per evitare che le masse centrifughe si
blocchino, inserire un elemento di fissaggio

(panno, gommapiuma ecc.) fra il cappellotto
portatasselli ed il coperchio cappellotto.
Type 177:
Per evitare che le masse centrifughe si
blocchino, fissare la puleggia primaria mobile
e il cappellotto portatasselli con un elastico.
