Note: Make sure the pin doesn't fall into the
engine.
• Fit the 28 d. pump gear O on to the pin I and press it down
with your fingers until it clicks.
N Note:
The water pump gear must fit on to the pin
with a clearly audible click and engage the
teeth of the gear for the oil pump.
• Fit the thrust washer 8.1/18/2 P and secure it with the circlip
{.
I Caution:
Make sure the circlip is properly positioned
in the groove!
• Fit the key into the slot in the crankshaft and/or check that
it is positioned correctly.
I Caution:
The key Q must be fitted so that its back
is in the slot in the crankshaft W , making
sure that it is parallel to the crankshaft axis
and not parallel to the taper, otherwise it will
be impossible to fit the sprag clutch gear.
• Lubricate the inside diameter of the sprag clutch gear E and
its seat on the crankshaft.
• Fit the sprag clutch gear.
• Fit the intermediate gear R on to the pin T , thoroughly
lubricated, so that it engages the teeth of the sprag clutch
gear.
• Fit the spacer bush Y on to the pin.
• Grease the crankshaft taper U and the flywheel taper .

Nota: Evitare che la spina cada nel motore.
• Inserire l'ingranaggio pompa 28 d. O sulla spina I spingendo
con le dita fino a sentire uno scatto.
N Nota:
L'ingranaggio pompa acqua deve innestarsi
con uno scatto ben udibile nella spina e
ingranarsi nella dentatura dell'ingranaggio
per pompa olio.
• Inserire il rasamento 8,1/18/2 P e fissarlo con seeger {.
I Attenzione: Fare attenzione al buon posizionamento
del seeger nella gola!
• Inserire la chiavetta nella sede dell'albero motore e/o
controllare il suo corretto posizionamento.
I Attenzione: La chiavetta Q deve essere inserita con il
dosso nella sede dell'albero motore W
facendo attenzione che sia parallela
all'asse dell'albero motore e no n parallela
al cono, diversamente non si può montare
l'ingranaggio ruota libera.
• Lubrificare il diametro dell'ingranaggio ruota libera E e la
relativa sede sull'albero motore.
• Montare l'ingranaggio ruota libera.
• Inserire l'ingranaggio intermedio R sul perno T bene
lubrificato e farlo ingranare nella dentatura dell'ingranaggio
ruota libera.
• Montare la bussola distanziale Y sul perno.
• Sgrassare il cono dell'albero motore U ed il cono del volano.
