Water union
Replacement:
• Necessary if damaged.
Remove:
• Heat the seat of the water union on the half crankcase to
approx. 100° C with a hot air blower Q and withdraw the
union W, rotating it with pliers E .
Refit:
• Apply LOCTITE 648 to the seat of the union and fit the union
W carefully, pushing it fully home with a press R.
6205-2RS ball bearing and 30x52x7 oil seal for
output shaft
➪Replace the bearing with a new one if there are any signs of
damage or noisiness. It is absolutely essential to change the
oil seal together with the bearing.
I Caution:
Special quality oil seal: use original
replacement oil seal only.
Removing the oil seal:
• Lever up the oil sealT with a simple tool Y (e.g. a round-
ended pin), protecting the crankcase surface with protective
material (wood).
Removing the ball bearing:
• Remove the ball bearing Q from the exterior, taking it
towards the transmission chamber, without heating the half
crankcase, and using a suitable jig W (32 mm Ø).

Raccordo acqua

Sostituzione:
• Necessaria se è danneggiato.
Smontaggio:
• Riscaldare la sede del raccordo dell'acqua sul semicarter a
ca. 100° C con phon Q ed estrarre il raccordo W con una
pinza E con un movimento rotatorio.
Montaggio:
• Applicare LOCTITE 648 alla sede raccordo ed inserire il
raccordo W con cautela con una pressa R fino in fondo.
Cuscinetto a sfere 6205-2RS e paraolio 30x52x7

➪Se c'è un danno visibile o rumorosità bisogna sostituire il
cuscinetto. Assieme al cuscinetto assolutamente sostituire
anche il paraolio.
I Attenzione: Qualità speciale del paraolio, perciò
utilizzare solo un paraolio originale.
Smontaggio del paraolio:
• Il paraolio T viene sollevato con utensile semplice Y (per
esempio con un perno arrotondato) e proteggendo la
superficie del carter con materiale protettivo (legno).

Smontaggio del cuscinetto a sfere:
• Estrarre il cuscinetto a sfere Q dall'esterno verso la camera
della trasmissione, senza riscaldare il semicarter, con un
tampone adatto W (32 mm Ø).
