➪Check for signs of wear and/or damage on the fixed primary
pulley contact surface E with the belt. Measure the wear
with a ruler R and a feeler gauge T.
Wear limit
0.5 mm
Primary drive
➪Degrease the bush Y on the fixed primary pulley and check
for any signs of wear or scoring.
120 + 154 type:

Checking the individual components of the primary pulley:
• Unscrew the 3 M4x8 Phillips screws U and remove the
ramp plate cover I and the O-ring O (120 + 154 only).
• Remove the ramp plate P.
• Lift up the centrifugal weights { and the rollers with the
spring bands
• Check that the 2 oil seals} are properly positioned and that
there are no signs of damage (120 + 154 type only).
• Clean all the parts.
• Check for signs of damage or flattening on the O-ring O,
replacing it if necessary (120 + 154 type only).
• Check for signs of wear on the spring bands (120 + 154 type
only).

➪C➪Controllare se la superficie di contatto E della puleggia
primaria fissa con la cinghia presenta usura e/o
danneggiamento. Determinare l'usura con un regolo R ed
uno spessimetro T.

➪Sgrassare la bussola Y della puleggia primaria fissa e
controllarne l'eventuale usura o presenza di righe.

Controllo dei singoli pezzi della puleggia primaria:
• Svitare le 3 viti a croce M4x8 U e togliere il coperchio
cappellotto portatasselli I e l'anello OR O (solo 120 + 154).
• Rimuovere il cappellotto portatasselli P.
• Sollevare le masse centrifughe { e i tasselli con le molle
balestra.
• Controllare i 2 paraolio } se sono in buona posizione o
eventualmente danneggiati (solo tipo 120 + 154).
• Pulire tutti i pezzi.
• Controllare eventuali danneggiamenti o presenza di
appiattamento dell'anello OR O, sostituire se necessario
(solo tipo 120 + 154).
• Controllare l'eventuale usura delle molle balestra (solo tipi
120 + 154).
