• Remove the spring cap U by turning it.
• Remove the roller housing and in the case of type 120 and
154 the rollers I (Type 177 is unprovided with rollers) by
pressing in from the outside, remove the O-rings O and
check them for damage.
• Remove the secondary moving pulley P, check the 2 oil
seals { (for wear, damage and incorrect fitting).
Checking the components:
• Check that the spring Q on the secondary moving pulley
for signs of wear or damage (weakened), replacing it if
necessary.
Wear limit released length (L) = 170 mm
➪Check that there are no signs of damage on the external
diameter of the bush W in the secondary fixed pulley E ,
and check its size.

➪Check for signs of wear and/or damage on the belt contact
surfaces ER on the secondary fixed and moving pulley.
Measure the wear with a ruler T and a feeler gauge Y.

• Togliere lo scodellino portamolla interno U con un

movimento rotatorio.
• Rimuovere la sede rullino e nel caso di tipo 120 e 154 i
rullini I (tipo 177 è senza rullini) premendo dall'interno

verso esterno, togliere gli anelli OR O, controllare se sono
danneggiati.

• Rimuovere la puleggia secondaria mobile P,
controllare i 2 paraolio { (usura, danneggiamento e
corretto inserimento).

Controllo dei componenti:
• Controllare se la molla Q della puleggia secondaria mobile
presenta usura e danneggiamento (se sfibrata), sostituire se
necessario.

Limite di usura lunghezza scaricata (L) = 170 mm

➪Controllare se il diametro esterno della bussola W nella
puleggia secondaria fissa E presenta danneggiamento,
controllarne la dimensione.

➪Controllare se le superfici di contatto ER della puleggia
D
secondaria fissa e mobile con la cinghia presenta usura e/
o danneggiamento. Determinare l'usura con un regolo T ed
uno spessimetro Y.
