Sealing and lubricating agents

manufacturer.

Lubricant and corrosion inhibitor, resistant to high temperatures.
LOCTITE Anti-Seize is sprayed on both components and guarantees
long term, trouble-free functioning of slide surfaces. Prevents corrosion.
LOCTITE 243 is used mainly on screws, bolts and nuts up to M36 for
medium-strength fittings. Can also be used on parts that are not
completely degreased.
The setting time depends on the temperature and the material, max. 12
ore. Resistant to temperatures in the range -55° C to +150° C.
Gasket paste, used for gaskets with a high friction factor and where an
exact distance between the two parts is required. LOCTITE gasket
paste is solvent-free.
Applied in liquid state. After application, sets in a few hours when in
contact with metal.
A gasket surface is created with a structure suitable for the surfaces to
be sealed. LOCTITE gasket paste is resistant to temperatures in the
range -55 to + 200° C and seals surfaces against corrosion.
High-strength adhesive paste for screws and bolts. The setting time
depends on the temperature and the material, max. 12 ore. Resistant to
temperatures in the range -55° C to +175° C. A glued component must
be heated to up to 250°C to be detached.

Materiali di consumo

Lubrificante e anticorrosivo resistente ad alte temperature. LOCTITE
Anti-Seize viene spruzzato su ambedue i componenti e garantisce
che le superfici di scorrimento siano privi di manutenzione per lunga
durata. Impedisce corrosione.
LOCTITE 243 viene utilizzato in principio per viti e dadi fino a M36 per
accoppiamenti di tenuta media. Questa pasta può essere utilizzata su
pezzi non completamente sgrassati.
Il tempo di indurimento dipende dalla temperatura e dal materiale,
max. 12 ore. Resistenza a temperature da -55° C fino a +150° C.
Pasta guarnizione, viene utilizzata invece di guarnizioni dove c'è un
alto fattore di frizione e dove una distanza precisa fra 2 parti è
richiesta. La pasta guarnizione LOCTITE è senza solventi.
Viene applicata allo stato liquido. Dopo il montaggio si indurisce a
contatto metallico entro alcune ore.
Si crea una guarnizione la cui struttura di superficie è adattata alle
superfici da sigillare. La pasta guarnizione LOCTITE è resistente a
temperature da -55 a + 200° C e sigilla le superfici dove applicata da
corrosione.
Pasta di fissaggio viti forte. Il tempo di indurimento dipende della
tempertura e dal materiale, max. 12 ore. Resistenza a temperature da -
55° fino a +175°C. Per staccare il pezzo incollato serve
eventualmente riscaldare le parti accoppiate fino a 250°C.
