Flywheel cover centering pin
➪Replace the pin Q only if damaged.
Remove:
• If the 8x12 pin Q has to be taken out, heat the pin hole area
in the outer wall of the half crankcase with a hot air blower
W (approx. 100° C) and withdraw the pin by pulling it out and
rotating it with locking pliers E.
s Caution:
Do not damage the seal contact surfaces.
Refit:
• Carefully insert the 8X12 pin Q from the outside of the
unheated half crankcase, tapping it fully home with the
plastic hammer R.

6003-2RS ball bearing for engine suspension
➪Replace the 2 bearings with new ones if they are evidently
damaged or noisy.
Remove:
• Take out the bearing from the inside to the outside, using a
suitable jig T (max. 24.5 mm Ø), without heating the half
crankcase.
x Note:
If the half crankcases are joined together,
take out the bearings carefully with a jig.
Refit:
• Lightly lubricate the external diameter of the ball bearing and
carefully fit it to the outside of the half crankcase, pushing
it fully home with a suitable jig Y (max. 34 mm Ø).

Spina di centraggio del coperchio volano
➪Bisogna sostituire la spina Q solo se danneggiata.
Smontaggio:
• Se la spina 8x12 Q deve essere estratta, riscaldare la zona
della sede spina alla parete esterna del semicarter con
phon W (ca. 100° C) ed estrarre la spina con una pinza E,
con un movimento rotatorio.
s Attenzione: Non danneggiare la superficie di tenuta.

Montaggio:
• Inserire con cautela la spina Q 8x12 dall'esterno nel
semicarter freddo fino in fondo, con martello in plastica R.
Lavori ai semicarter, lato volano e lato frizione
Cuscinetto a sfere 6003-2RS per sospensione
motore
➪Se c'è un danno sensibile o rumorosità dei 2 cuscinetti
bisogna sostituirli.
Smontaggio:
• Il cuscinetto deve essere estratto dall'interno verso l'esterno,
senza riscaldare il semicarter, con un tampone adatto T

(max. 24,5 mm Ø).
x Nota:
Se i carter sono accoppiati, espellere i
cuscinetti con cautela con un tampone.
Montaggio:
• Lubrificare leggermente il diametro esterno del cuscinetto a
sfere ed inserirlo con cautela dall'esterno nel semicarter con
un tampone adatto Y (max. 34 mm Ø) fino in fondo.
