• Remove the oil pump gear E, pulling it out with the pin R.
• Take out the pin R and remove the thrust washer T.
N Note:
Take the pin out immediately after removing
the water pump gear, to prevent it from
falling into the engine.
• Remove the M5x25 Taptite screw Y, the water pump body
U and the water pump shaft I.
N Note:
To remove the water pump shaft I and the
water pump body U, proceed as follows:
• either use an extractor with a hole for the
pin, or
• insert a plastic rod O into the water outlet
pipe and rest it carefully on the water pump
gear. Detach the complete water pump and
remove it.

• Togliere l'ingranaggio pompa acqua E tirandolo dalla spina
R.
• Estrarre la spina R e rimuovere il rasamento T.

N Nota:
Dopo aver rimosso l'ingranaggio pompa
acqua, togliere la spina subito per non
rischiare che cada nel motore.
• Rimuovere la vite Taptite M5x25 Y, il corpo pompa acqua
U e l'albero pompa acqua I.

N Nota:
Smontare l'albero pompa acqua I e il
corpo pompa acqua U come segue:
• con estrattore al foro per la spina, oppure
• con una barra in plastica O inserita nel
tubo scarico acqua e appoggiarla con
cautela all'ingranaggio pompa acqua.
Staccare la pompa acqua completa e
rimuoverla.
