• Remove the thrust washer Q from the intermediate shaft
W.
N Note:
The thrust washer Q on the intermediate
shaft W may remain attached to the
transmission cover. It MUST be removed.
• Remove the transmission gasket E.

• Scarabeo
• Remove the output shaft R by tapping with a plastic
hammer on the ball bearing sliding housing and oil seal.
• Remove the intermediate shaft W and the thrust washer
underneath it.
N Note:
Scarabeo:
The output shaft T , in two parts, is fitted
with a thrust washer on the transmission
cover side. This thrust washer may remain
stuck in the cover and must be removed.
I Caution:
No shim is fitted with the output shaft in the
enbloc version.

• Rimuovere il rasamento Q dall'albero intermedio W.
N Nota:
Il rasamento Q dell'albero intermedio W
potrebbe rimanere attaccato sul coperchio
trasmissione. È assolutamente necessario
toglierlo.
• Rimuovere la guarnizione E della trasmissione.

• Smontare l'albero uscita moto R con un martello in plastica
dalla sede scorrevole del cuscinetto a sfere e del paraolio.
• Togliere l'albero intermedio W ed il rasamento sottostante.

N Nota:
Scarabeo:
L'albero uscita moto T in due pezzi è montato
con un rasamento al lato coperchio
trasmissione. Questo rasamento può rimanere
incollata nel coperchio e deve essere tolto.

I Attenzione: Non è montato un rasamento con l'albero
uscita moto nella versione in un solo pezzo.
