10.5.14 Hold value setting (error hold)

Description
 Using this function, you can set (select) the output value of analog output signal when the analog
output hold function (error hold) is enabled.
 If the maintenance mode is set to "Valid," analog output signal is held at the value set in this
procedure.
 Settable range: Select one of the following.
(1) [0%]
(2) [100%]
(3) [Last value]
(4) [Setting value] : Held at the value set as the "10.5.15 Setting of hold setting
