7 Connecting multiple TSMx devices

7.1 Connecting R&S TSMA6B with R&S TSME6
The usage of the R&S TSME6 at the SCAN port of the R&S TSMA6B requires the
R&S TSME6 base firmware version 05.08.xx.00.
Update the R&S TSME6 to the corresponding firme version in "Section 0" on a sepa-
rate PC before connecting it to the R&S TSMA6B. Use for the update the TSME
Device Manger Tool version 1.7.4.0 or higher.
