6 Configuring the R&S TSMA6B
6.1 Changing IP adresses

6.2 Accessing the R&S TSMA6B
There are different ways to control measurements on the R&S TSMA6B.

Local operation
To use the R&S TSMA6B as an ordinary PC, an external monitor, mouse and key-
board have to be connected to the R&S TSMA6B.
●
Remote access
The remote access to the R&S TSMA6B can be realized via the following options.

6.2.1 Using the R&S TSMA6B web GUI
The R&S TSMA6B web GUI gives the user full access to control and measure with the
R&S TSMA6B. Following tasks can be done:

Recall of system information / hardware software versions / IP settings

Configure measurement mode / power up/down behavoir / band selection
●
Configure LAN / WLAN & Bluetooth settings / IP configuration
●
File transfer (upload / download)
●
Show and install SW licenses
●
Update firmware and software
●
Create a user backup

Restart device / scanner part
