3.1. System IP Configuration

Press I (command) on the Basic Switch Configuration menu, and then you can see
the System IP Configuration Menu as Figure 3-2. You can configure "the IP address
of this device" on this screen.

Screen Description
MAC Address
Displays the MAC address of this device. This cannot be changed by the unique
value on each device.
IP Address
Displays the IP address that is configured currently. As nothing is set to the factory
default settings, 0.0.0.0 is displayed on the screen.
Subnet Mask
Displays the subnet mask that is configured currently. As nothing is set to the
factory default settings, 0.0.0.0 is displayed on the screen.
Default
Displays the IP address of the router as the default gateway, which is configured
Gateway
currently. As nothing is set to the factory default settings, 0.0.0.0 is displayed on
the screen.
DHCP Mode
Displays if the mode is configured to require the DHCP server and obtain the IP
address during the startup. The factory default settings is Disabled.
