If the code version at Remote Module is different than your Office Module's code, you will have two addi-
tional menu selections; Upgrade Remote and Upgrade Office If you do not have this menu selection, your
Office Module is running the same software version as your Remote Module.
If both modules have different code versions and you want to complete the Office Module Software
upgrade, from the Upgrade Office menu:
1.
Press OK or 2 to start the Office Module's software upgrade. You are prompted to confirm that you
want to upgrade your Office Module by prompting Are You Sure?

Press OK or 2 to start.
OR
3.
Press No or 3 to abort. The remote phone will display Starting, Office Upgrade, followed by Erasing
Flash at Office, and, Flash Erased. Finally, the upgrade status is displayed.
Upgrading
0% Completed
The percentage value will increase as the upgrade proceeds, and depending on the size of code release,
will take a couple of minutes. The new software is being stored to the FLASH memory on your Office
Module. When the upgrade is 100% completed, the new code is downloaded to the Office Module.
Verifying the Office Upgrade
Your Office Module will now verify if the new code release was downloaded successfully.
The remote phone should display:

This process may take from 12 to 15 seconds depending on the code size. Your remote phone will display:
Upgrade Successful!
Even though the new code has been loaded into your Office Module's FLASH memory, your Office Module
is still running your old code. The unit will now restart and load the new software.
