Function
To scroll the menu
To select multiple destinations
To complete an address or subject entry
To scroll and select menu options
To cancel the scanning process at any stage
To clear any selection made from the menu
To reset error messages
Note: Press Esc for 2 seconds to log out if authentication
is enabled
To scan each page of bound materials, for example,
magazines and books
To send the scanned material to the selected destination
and release the AXIS 7000/FX for other users. For a sin-
gle page/stack of sheets, use this key to scan the mate-
rial and send the image in one step
To search the next word/name in an address
(e.g. J<Space>S to find John Smith)
To add an address or subject
To remove a temporary address
To delete characters when editing
To exit search mode
To remove characters
To go backwards through the menu
To go alphabetically to the next entry with a different
first character in the "Send to:" or "Sent by:" list
To go alphabetically to the previous entry with a differ-
