Raw TCP Printing
Option Description
Store sequence Check this box to store the sequence number on the FTP
number on FTP server:
server. For a directory with many files, performance will in-
crease. However, the specified user must have change and
delete access rights to the specified directory on the FTP
server.
Append file extension Check this box to add the file extension to the file name, i.e.
to file name:
tif, jpg or pdf. The file extension will correspond to the profile
used. It is needed for automatically launching the appropri-
ate image viewer.
Printer destinations
PCL printer on the network, using either the Raw TCP or LPD printing
method.
Follow the instructions below to edit or create a new TCP/IP printer
destination:
1. Click Destinations.
2. If you want to edit an existing destination in the displayed list, click
the Destination Name link and proceed to step 5.
3. Click Printer Destination New >> to display the New Printer
Destination Page.
4. Enter a descriptive Destination Name for the printer.
