Using the AXIS 7000/FX

Sending Methods

The AXIS 7000/FX supports five basic methods for distributing
scanned and copied documents over the network:
• Send-to e-mail destinations
• Send-to-file destinations
• Send-to-printer destinations
• Send-to-URL
• Send-to-Web browser

Scanner
The AXIS 7000/FX allows document information from network
attached document distribution devices, such as scanners or digital
copiers to be distributed to e-mail, file and printer destinations.
In addition to the resident profiles and destinations established by your
Administrator, users can also create both temporary e-mail
destinations and profiles, using either the Web-based user interface or
user keyboard (if connected by your administrator).
