The APS interface is a graphical user interface that enables the
programmer or system administrator to operate, administer, maintain and
provision the system.

The software base all APS applications run
upon.

Controls how the script runs. Different
profiles are needed to direct the same script
to run differently because of different X.25
addresses, different number of sessions
limits, and different OCL version IDs on the
VPM.
