Effect
If OCL commands cannot be parsed, there will be no call production.
Description
The OCL parser software encountered an OCL parameter that it does not
know how to parse.
OCLPRMID indicates the parameter that caused the error.
Resolution
1. Perform an X.25 trace to find out the cause of this problem.
See step 5 on page 189 for these steps.
2. Call the technical support help line to report this problem.
