No backup made.
Description
Backup operation has failed. Tape was ejected prematurely.
Resolution
1. Push the tape back into the tape drive.
2. If the problem persists, replace the tape drive.
3. If the previous steps don't solve the problem, escalate this
problem to the next level of support.
