REPORT_EXEC
There must be an entry here (with comment "#" removed) for each report
that is to execute on a given machine. A given report should not be run on
both the ERP and APS machines, but if a report will not be run on the
ERP, it may (and probably should) run on all APS systems in a
multiple-APS configuration. Note that the default names for report
executables delivered on the ERP end with the suffix ".erp", consistent
with the default executable file names found in the erp.cfg file on the
ERP. However, on the APS, the default executables do not end in ".erp"
(see next section), so the erp.cfg file on an APS should have the ".erp"
removed from the REPORT_EXEC entry. Also, only executable
filenames should be provided here; do not put a full path.
APS_HOSTNAME
This parameter is required on the ERP and is not applicable on the APS.
There should be one entry for the primary APS in the system, preset
during installation. There should be one entry for each secondary APS in
the system, preset during installation.
The primary APS is defined as the APS that has its "issg_main" directory
mounted by the ERP, meaning that the primary APS will contain the
reports generated by the ERP. The concept of a secondary APS machine is
relevant only in the context of systems with 2 to 4 APSs.
CTC_TABLE
This parameter specifies whether to build a cmd_test_call table on the
ERP for use by some billing reports. Currently, there is no impact if this
parameter is set to 1 and the billing report does not require it. Leave it set
to 1.
LOAD_LOGGING_INTERVAL
This parameter specifies how frequently an update of ERP database
loading progress is given. It has no impact on performance. The default
value is one log message per 10,000 lines loaded. 10,000 is useful for
