4. Check the links and routes.

Open the aps.cfg file and make sure that links and routes are

defined correctly. See ''Changing an SS7 Configuration File'' on

page 145 for more details on how to do this, or contact the

support line.

5. If the above steps do not correct the situation, escalate this

problem to the next level of support.
