Description
Used in script files to suspend execution of the
script file. Text, provided in quotes, can be
displayed to the console. Execution is
resumed by pressing ENTER key. Terminate
the script file by pressing ESC. When the
script file is terminated, an interactive jtest
session starts. This command may be used
throughout the script file, even in the middle
of an MML command. The syntax of the
command is:
pause ["text"]
Sets the number of ppb (ports per board) for
the jtest program. The number should be the
number of physical ports available on the
hardware. The jtest program supports a
maximum of 32 ports per board. The syntax of
this command is:
ppb <number of ports>
Starts a load test session to perform ITU
Q.782 tests. When in the test session, the ?
command displays the mtp command menu.
In general, the menu options set certain link
settings. Choose the l option first since it
selects the link to test. The link is identified by
its link set number and its signaling link code
(slc) number.
The q, quit, and end commands terminate jtest
when executed in the top level command
interpreter. These commands also terminate a
jtest sub-session, such as MMI or a load test.
Used in script files to suspend execution of the
jtest program for a specified amount of time in
seconds. The value must be entered as a
decimal number. The syntax of this command
is:
sleep <Nseconds>
Used in script files to terminate batch mode
and continue with the interactive mode. This
command takes no arguments.
