Description
The IPC library was unable to attach or create the requested IPC
subsystem. ERRNO provides further information.
Resolution
1. Restart the script. See ''Starting a Single Script'' on page 123 or
''Starting a Script Group or Application Manually'' on page 122.
2. If restarting the script does not correct the situation, escalate this
problem to the next level of support.
