Script cannot be started without a valid appmgr.
Effect
Service will be affected.
Description
The application manager is not started but is trying to start scripts. Start
the application manager before attempting to start any script.
Resolution
1. Restart the script. See ''Starting a Single Script'' on page 123 or
''Starting a Script Group or Application Manually'' on page 122.
2. If restarting the script does not correct the situation, escalate this
problem to the next level of support.
