Description
The application manager (issg_appmgr) process is not running.
Resolution
1. Enter cd /export/home0/issg/issg_main/issg_lib/libappmgr
and make sure that the file issg_appmgr is there and that the
permissions are correct.
2. Then enter
cd /export/home0/issg/issg_main/issg_lib/libautoreb
3. Enter Init_app_mgr to try running it from the command line.
4. Also check the status log for other errors.
5. If the previous steps don't solve the problem, escalate this
problem to the next level of support.
