Effect
Service will be affected.
Description
The virtual circuit has been terminated by the VPM for one of two
reasons:
n
The X.25 library received a CALL CLEAR packet from the VPM
or
n
The X.25 library received an unexpected control packet from
the VPM.
Resolution
1. Make sure the OCL network is up.
2. Make sure that the OCL version on the APS and the Sierra are the
same.
3. Check the network configuration parameters, especially those
that may have changed.
4. Make sure that the addresses of the APS workstation and the
Sierra are the same on both sides.
5. If the above steps do not solve the problem, escalate this alarm to
the next level of support.
